My partner and I have a love of anthropology, history, Pre-Hispanic Meso America and also how agriculture and trading shaped Meso American culture into what it is today. If you think that the best way to understand another culture is through its food then this tour is for you and you must book this tour. Don’t think this tour is a boring academic lecture because nothing could be further from the truth; it is FUN!!! And the food she provides (all included with the cost ) is so amazing especially when you hear Rocio tell you about why she chooses the places that she does. Everything about Puebla is represented here from the tortillas, the Pulque, the Cemitas, the Tacos Arabes, the pan de aqua and of course the Molé and the Pipian.
